So as usual I'm still behind on blogging. My internet subscription ran out and I couldn't figure out how to add more minutes on the German website. Apparently all you need is the "english version" in the top left corner...missed that.

So a few weeks ago, on a Wednesday, the 5 externs headed to Regensburg to meet with Dr. Eddis's sister who is also an optometrist. She works at a base near there and we were going to be working with her for a few days. Regensburg is a great town which is really cute!! It's closer to the Czech border, but still in Bavaria, meaning Bavarians like their fests. Apparently when we were in town they were having a fest!!! We should have known it would turn out to be a ridiculously fun night when we were told to bring our dirndls and lederhosen. The pictures will tell....

Highlight of the night: Standing on the tables, swinging my 1 liter stein of beer, singing "Sweet Home Alabama" with a bunch of Germans!!!! Good times!!!!!
